Christmas & Honey inspired Granola for the hungry ones!
When you just wanna get the scent of Christmas on 24/7 why not make a crunchy granola that will serve you well!
This is what you’ll need:
1 dl canola oil
1 dl honey (Sugardaddy’s Blooming Firevillage is perfect!)
1 tablespoon cardamom
1 tablespoon gingerbread spice
8 dl oatmeal (the bigger flakes the better)
2 dl kibbled broad bean mix (Verso)
2 dl sunflower seeds
1 dl almonds
1/2dl sesame seeds or pumpkin seeds
After roasting:
8-10 vanilla fudges (I used Lonka vanilla fudge) chopped to small cubes
1 dl dried cranberries
This is what you do:
Measure the oil and spices to your pot, start heating them on a stove. Add honey and stir until the honey has melted and got mixed with others. Add everything else and blend with ladle until everything has mixed together. Then take two oven sheets, put baking paper on them and devide the granola to them. Roast for 15-20 minutes in 175 decrees, until it has become golden brown (or how you like it) let it cool down.
Now you can add dried fruits or berries And fudge if you want. Store in room temperature, air-proof box or container.
This granola is best enjoyed with yoghurt and pomegranate seeds. Hope you love it like I do ❤️
So what Honey to use? The must have baking essential is again the Blooming Firevillage. It is loaded with nectar from Phacelia tanacetifolia and therefore it is sweeeeeeet as a candy – but much – much healthier than candies or any tablesugars!
