Kyrö x Malt Honey (Last Batch Before Summer)
Kyrö Honey is made in Isokyrö by two locals: Sugardaddies Honey Company and Kyrö Distillery.
15 000 employbees made the village of Napue bloom and collected honey while doing so. They made their home into an old whiskey barrel where the honey aged and gained both character and taste during the summer.
To finalize the taste, Kyrö Malt rye whisky has been mixed into the honey. The result works perfectly paired with cheese or mixed as a hot toddy. The final product contains 1% of alcohol.
Honey contains natural antioxidants, enzymes and minerals so we designed the Beekeepers Flu Recipe:
1 Tablespoon of KYRÖ HONEY
2 dl Hot Water
1 Bag Herbal Tea
1 Lemon Wedge
